1.What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 3000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to inform us your plan for purchasing, we will offer the price correspond to your qty. And we hope your would increase your order qty after you check our product quality and know our services.

2.How can I get a sample?

We usually provide existing sample for checking quality. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is placed.
We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach you, subject where you are.

3.How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 3-4 days.

If you need sample with your own design, it takes 7 days normally.

4.How long is your production lead time?

It depends on product and order qty. Normally, it takes us 30-45 days for an order with MOQ qty.

5.How many colors are available?

We match color with Pantone Matching system. So you just send us the pantone color code you need. We will match the color accordingly. Or we will recommend you some popular colors to you.

6.Wwhat is your payment term?
